INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
To book an appointment, please use the Fresha link on the Bookings page.
If you are a first-time client, completion of a Consultation form and a Data Protection form will be required, which Fresha will send to you. Should these not be completed, paper copies will be required to be completed on arrival for your appointment. Your treatment will not commence until all formalities are complete.
If you are an existing client there will be a short update consultation – to see how you have been since your last appointment.
All advance consultation & consent documents must be completed, signed, and submitted 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please also bring your own refreshments – so we do not use any glassware. Please take any empty receptacles away with you for appropriate disposal/re-use.
Please arrive alone. If you need assistance or a chaperone, please advise in advance. For potential clients under 18 years old, express parental/guardian consent is required.
Please wear easy to remove clothes. Please remove all jewellery prior to the appointment as this makes the process simpler. Please wear shorts/big pants (thongs/G-Strings are not appropriate), and a rear fastening bra, if a bra is usually worn.
The massage table will have been thoroughly disinfected. The linens are all clean and fresh for each client.
If you prefer, gloves, aprons, and visors/face coverings are available for the therapist to wear. Please just advise on arrival.
When the massage is over, please leave all the linens, towels on the massage table. You may also wish to use the bathroom and wash your hands after you put your shoes back on.
There will be an approximate 30-minute gap between clients, to enable disinfection of the clinic space, massage table and equipment, with enough time to dry and take effect, ready for the next client.
Please remember that these measures have been imposed on the industry due to COVID-19. Taylored Massage, Tayside reserves the right to refuse to treat anyone who is displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

POLICIES
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
When you schedule an appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, please, if you must cancel your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required in order not to be charged a cancellation fee for the appointment.
If you are unexpectedly unable to make the appointment for any reason, please do let me know as soon as possible, before, during, or after the scheduled time.
Late Policy:
If you are late for your appointment Taylored Massage cannot guarantee that you will receive your full appointment time due to other scheduled appointments. However you will still be charged for the time that was held for your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late it may be necessary to reschedule and you may be charged a re-booking fee.
