Some nutritional advice can make a big difference to your life. I can work with you on an individual basis to advise on healthy eating, ways to overcome a range of conditions or to assist you in your health goals. The emphasis is on fresh and clean foods, rather than processed or faddy diets.

A consultation will include:

  • An analysis of your diet and lifestyle
  • Practical advice
  • An easy to follow personalised programme
  • Support and encouragement to achieve your goals
  • A supplements programme (if necessary)
    I will work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you achieve your nutrition goal.
    I can work with you at your home, at my premises or over the phone via Skype.

    Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire covering medical history, family health, current health issues, diet (including a 3 day food diary) and lifestyle. In your initial consultation we will discuss your health questionnaire and build a picture of your health, as well as establishing what is required to achieve your goals.
    Whenever possible, it will be explained to you how your current symptoms may be related to your food choices, lifestyle and personal circumstances, to help clarify areas requiring adjustment. The assessment and discussion may also lead to a recommendation for referral to a licensed physician, or other healthcare professional. Together we will agree on practical and realistic modifications to produce an individualised dietary, lifestyle and if appropriate, nutritional supplement programme.

    Follow up Consultations

    We will discuss with you if a follow up session would be beneficial. This will normally be scheduled 3-4 weeks after the initial consultation. Earlier or more regular follow ups can also be arranged. The booking can be made during the initial consultation, or at a later date if preferred.

    Follow up consultations are used to monitor your progress, address any concerns you may have and to review or adjust your programme if necessary. They will also be used to ensure you are on the right track to attain your goal and to motivate you to effectively reach that goal.
